We're currently involved with the following courses:

Authentic Leadership

Authentic Leadership is an inspiring and transformational three day workshop which will challenge your own understanding of who you are as a leader and how you relate to those around you - with real time feedback on how you perform.

In partnership with Andrea Lloyd, The Experience Lab help to bring the LSI to life, coach participants regarding their personal impact and provide opportunities to practice critical conversations.

Advanced Management Program

Participants on this intensive week-long residential program access the best of leading management models, frameworks and theories with tailored leadership skills development. They build an integrated perspective of their organisation’s functional capabilities, augmented by insights into their individual values, capabilities and leadership styles and personal well-being. 

The Experience Lab come in on day 6 to coach participants in presence, voice, body and to observe and present feedback to participants after their final negotiation simulation.

Advanced Negotiation in Practice

This program combines the negotiation and research expertise of Professor Ray Fells from the UWA Business School with our own experiential approach. Participants gain practical insight into how to manage negotiations effectively and avoid common pitfalls.

Ray Fells and Angela Sanderson-Green co-facilitate the program, alternating between theory and practice - culminating in a half-day negotiation simulation.

The Experience Lab have been involved with numerous bespoke leadership programs delivered by AIM WA/UWA Business school - providing opportunities to observe behaviour (language, voice, body), to give feedback, to develop presentation skills, to reflect on their own practice and to have group and one-on-one realplays to practice new skills.

We have been a part of programmes for Alcoa, BHP Billiton, BHP NickelWest, CITIC Pacific Mining, Department of Health (NT), Department of Health (WA), Department of Housing (WA), Department of State Development (WA), Doric, Monadelphous, Orbital, WesCEF and Westnet.
