Poppin

Facilitator | Actor

With two avid TheatreSports competitors as parents, Poppin was destined to take to the stage as an actor and role player. Poppin recognises the strong correlation between her background in improvisation and her Behavioural Science studies and is able to combine her knowledge and skills in her role with The Experience Lab.

Poppin has been developing her talents as an improvisation actor, theatre actor and role player from a young age. She competed in countless TheatreSports competitions and studied Drama throughout her years at high school. Poppin continues to inspire and motivate others to enjoy improvisation, taking on teaching roles for school competitions across the state. Her passion and flair for improvisation has seen her win roles in many productions and she has had the fortune of performing at Fringe World Perth and Adelaide Fringe.

Poppin has worked in a number of roles including caregiving, hospitality and administration.  She considers working with people with disabilities and their communities to promote inclusion have been her most challenging and rewarding opportunities.

Her experiences allow her to relate well with the participants of our workshops and provide her with the skills, empathy and knowledge to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities with ease.
