A committed and passionate actor and roleplayer, Leanne has had years of experience in many industries including oil and gas, government and not-for-profit sectors.  Her impressive work history and practical skills make her an asset to our team.

Leanne’s background and experience allows her to understand participant needs from a corporate and commercial perspective. It also enables her to deliver on their training objectives through facilitation, acting and realplay. She enjoys helping participants learn in workshops and enjoys the use of profiling and development models as they help her grow as a facilitator.

Since taking a break from corporate work, Leanne has immersed herself in a range of training and performing opportunities as a professional actor and role player. She has honed her acting skills through several acting schools including TAFTA, NASA with Fern Nicholson, Total Theatre with Annie Stainer and PAC Screen workshops. Leanne’s talent as a screen actor has won her roles in a number of short films, feature films and local TVCs. She always finds ways to enhance her skills to unlock new ways of approaching her craft.

Coupled with her extensive resume as an actor, Leanne boasts an impressive work history in the corporate world with demonstrated success as a multi-award winning manager, sales executive and trainer. She has shown strong leadership in her roles as a Franchise Business Executive for Optus, Fundraising Coordinator and Commercial Manager for Perth Zoo and a trainer for Chevron.
