The Experience Lab is an experiential workplace learning company. We bring a specialist facilitator and trained Corporate Actors into your room together to make the learning land. A typical Experience Lab delivery brings a specialist facilitator and a small team of trained Corporate Actors into your room together. Corporate Theatre, RealPlay and Forum Theatre - the methodologies that put the workplace dynamic in front of participants in a way a slide cannot. What your team takes back to the floor is skill, not awareness - the conversation rehearsed, the Upstander move tested, the values call lived through before it is lived for real.
Play is an important part of the learning process. Our skilled facilitators and Corporate Actors weave traditional and non-traditional training practices together, drawing on theatre-based learning, improvisation and immersive learning techniques. Adults don't learn by being talked at. They learn by trying, failing safely and trying again. That is what we build the room around.
