Leadership, values and culture training corporate teams remember.
Executive education · Values rollouts · L&D partners who move the needle
The L&D leads at Australia's largest corporates have access to every leadership program, every off-site, every facilitator on the market - including ours. L&D Managers, OD Specialists, HR Directors, Heads of People & Culture. The deciding factor isn't the slide deck or the framework. It's whether the session changes behaviour by Monday morning, or just how the team feels about training.
Our corporate work spans executive education programs (the AGSM @ UNSW Navigator program won the EFMD Excellence in Practice silver medal at London Business School), values rollouts (Synergy's corporate values translated into behaviour across the workforce), apprentice programs (WesTrac), workforce development engagements (RAC of WA) and the Respect@Work, psychosocial and culture work that sits underneath all.

Your problem isn't access to information - it's the knowing-doing gap. Senior leaders have sat through the usual unconscious bias module, the standard harassment refresher, the typical leadership workshop. What they don't yet have is a low-stakes place to rehearse the conversation they will have on Tuesday afternoon, with a colleague who's pushing back, in a room where it still matters.
A typical delivery brings a specialist facilitator and a small team of trained Corporate Actors into your room together. The facilitator builds the theory-practice-reflection loop; the actors are the realism layer that gives the practice weight. By the end of a session, your participants haven't been talked at - they've practised, they've been pushed, they've been given a recovery to work through.
What we get asked for most.
Act Like A Leader
Leadership development that changes how people lead. The AGSM Navigator program is the most decorated example: an internationally awarded leadership program where our facilitators and actors are the realism layer that closes the knowing-doing gap.

Values rollouts that don't fizzle out at the second town hall. We worked with Synergy to translate their refreshed corporate values into actual behaviour in the workplace - characters, scenes, dilemmas, decisions. The program left a measurable shift, not a poster.

Senior leaders, mid-managers and high-performing technical specialists all run into the same wall: the conversations they need to have but don't, until the situation has compounded. Our work rehearses those conversations in low-stakes practice rounds before participants have to do them under load.

The cross-cutting culture work that holds harassment, bullying, psychosocial hazards and inclusion together as one cultural narrative. The framing corporate culture-change tends to need - because the alternative is six separate compliance modules nobody can connect.

Bias work pitched at adults who've heard the awareness training before. Our delivery doesn't assume you're hearing this for the first time - it gives you something to do about it. We took 67 teachers at Wesley College through a single session that delivered, in their HR Director's words, a "shift in

The coaching skill that turns corporate leaders from tellers into developers. Open questions, the GROW model as scaffold, live practice with our trained actors. The module L&D programs add when their leaders need to lift their people without compromising autonomy.

“Navigator has won the EFMD Excellence in Practice silver medal for best global leadership development program. The award will be presented at London Business School. Your magical facilitation and work has ignited Navigator. Participants have uplifted their well-being, productivity, performance and engagement. My still all-time favourite comment from a participant interviewed last year, was that Navigator had made him a better father.”— Adjunct Associate Professor, AGSM @ UNSW Business School
“We partnered with The Experience Lab to design a program to roll out our new Corporate Values. The whole approach was very powerful, innovative and left a lasting impact on the participants. The actors were great and played the part of the defined characters to perfection. The feedback from teams, leaders and managers was very positive.”— Manager, Organisational Development, Synergy
“One of the best training programs ever attended.”— Electrical Engineer & Values Rollout Lead, Synergy
