Teams under strong leadership are 63% more productive. And far less likely to burn out.

Teams under strong leadership are 63% more productive. Our three Leadership Modules build the practical skills, presence and authenticity modern leadership requires - taught by people who know that leadership craft is physical, vocal and rehearsable.

How we work

Three Modules. From emerging to expert.

Contemporary leadership requires authenticity and vulnerability - the visionary, the communicator, the role model and the coach, all at once. Position doesn't create followership; behaviour does. And behaviour is trainable.

Each Module stands alone or works as part of a progression. Many organisations run all three as a sequenced leadership development program; others select the Module that matches their cohort's current development edge.

Your LAMP model, 70-20-10 approach, in-house coaching structure or competency library remains the spine. Our Modules sit inside it as the practical-skills, presence and RealPlay layer - the experiential edge internal programs typically bring a specialist partner in to deliver.

Leadership presence isn't mystical. It's physical, vocal, choice-based and rehearsable. The leadership shadow you cast, the way you enter a room, the way you hold silence when a conversation turns - these are trainable craft.

1

Module 1 - Emerging leaders

Leadership styles, transitioning from buddy to boss, responsibilities, and the impact of the leadership shadow. Ideal for first-time managers and emerging leaders.

2

Module 2 - Leadership brand & presence

Participants identify their unique leadership brand, then apply physicality, voice, improvisation and presence techniques drawn from acting craft to bring it into the room.

3

Module 3 - RealPlay

Multi-skilled actors step into the shoes of real colleagues. Leaders practise the specific conversations they've been avoiding - with structured peer feedback and actor-coach insight.

It's time to look beyond the title

Position doesn't create followership. Behaviour does.

Contemporary leadership requires authenticity and vulnerability to be the visionary, the communicator, the role model and the coach. The behaviours that distinguish credible leaders from positional ones can be taught, practised and measurably developed.

We offer interactive Leadership Modules with a core focus on practical skill development. Our training ensures your leaders better navigate challenges, inspire others, drive sustained success - and become powerful examples as lifelong learners.

The three Leadership Modules

Each Module stands alone or works as part of a progression. Many organisations run all three as a sequenced leadership development program, others select the Module that matches their current cohort's need.

  1. Equipping emerging leaders to thrive

We combine storytelling with learner engagement to explore leadership styles, transitioning from "buddy to boss," leader responsibilities and the impact of the "leadership shadow." Ideal for first-time managers and emerging leader cohorts.

  2. Real leaders don't just tell, they show

Learners identify and develop their unique leadership brand, then apply our toolkit of skills to bring it to life. Physicality, voice, presence, improvisation. Drawn from craft techniques actors and directors use, taught by facilitators who've worked in both worlds.

  3. RealPlay - this workshop talks back

Our multi-skilled actors step into the shoes of the real colleagues participants encounter at work. The heightened realism adds value to practice with opportunities for peer feedback and reflection. This is the conversion moment. Leaders leave having rehearsed the specific conversations they've been avoiding, with structured feedback on how they landed.

Why the acting-craft frame matters for leadership development

Leadership presence isn't mystical. It's physical, vocal, choice-based, rehearsable. Actors study it because their craft demands it. Our facilitators and actor-coaches teach it because participants can learn it.

The leadership shadow you cast, the way you enter a room, the way you hold silence, the way you adapt your voice when the conversation turns - these are skills, not personality traits.

Where this fits in your broader leadership program

Corporate Theatre

The plays we use for this topic

Nothing is delivered off the shelf. These are the plays in our repertoire - every one gets tailored to your workplace before it goes in the room. Jacob picks and adapts on the scoping call.

Kendall on the Ropes

Kendall prioritises the bottom line over the people side of management when a DEI overhaul hits his business. Includes Deloitte's six signature traits of inclusive leadership; strong fit for manager cohorts.

The Change Play

Four team members react differently to an office relocation; best delivered after change is already underway, as a way to surface what the workforce is really navigating.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We're designed to integrate, not replace. Your leadership model, competency framework or in-house coaching structure remains the spine. We bring the practical-skills, presence and RealPlay components - the experiential edge internal programs typically bring a specialist partner in to deliver.

Either. Many clients select the Module that matches their cohort's current need. Others run all three as a sequenced program over weeks or months. We'll scope it with you on the scoping call.

Leadership presence - how you show up in a room, how your voice and body language land, how you hold attention - is physical and behavioural craft. Actors train in it because their profession demands it; leaders need the same training because theirs does too.

Yes, typically in smaller-group formats with more one-to-one RealPlay time. Senior leaders often need to practise specific conversations they can't rehearse elsewhere - the ones that are too politically sensitive for peer cohorts.

Ideal 30 to 40 for Modules 1 and 2. Module 3 works best at 12 to 20 for deeper RealPlay practice time per participant. Senior leader cohorts are typically 8–15.
