Privacy Policy
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
The Experience Lab collects personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business - to respond to enquiries, schedule training, run programs, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations. Typically this includes name, role, organisation, email address, phone number, and information specific to the engagement (e.g. participant lists, dietary requirements, accessibility needs).
How we use it
To deliver the services you've asked us to deliver, to communicate with you about those services, to manage our business operations, and to comply with applicable laws.
How we share it
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with third parties that help us deliver our services (e.g. our scheduling and invoicing providers) and only on the basis that they handle it consistent with this policy. We may disclose information where required by law.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@theexperiencelab.com.au with the request and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
