Navigator - AGSM's flagship leadership development program - won the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) Excellence in Practice silver medal for best global leadership development program. The Experience Lab provided facilitation and Corporate Theatre across the program design.
What the brief asked for.
AGSM needed a leadership development program for senior leaders that would close the gap between knowing what to do and being able to do it under pressure. Traditional MBA-style content wasn't enough - the program required a practical-skills, presence and rehearsal layer.
